Product Midnight Nightstand Set is a custom bedside furniture collection designed to combine integrated technology, material experimentation, and functional storage within a clean midcentury-inspired form. Originally designed to complement the cascade dresser. Constructed from alder hardwoods and translucent bio resin, the nightstands incorporate touch-activated low-voltage LED systems concealed beneath the wood surface to create a soft interactive lighting experience. Push-to-open drawer systems, illuminated storage areas, and integrated lower shelving provide functional organization while maintaining a minimal exterior appearance.

Concept

This project explores the relationship between concealed technology, ambient interaction, and furniture design through integrated lighting, translucent materials, and clean architectural forms. The goal was to create a nightstand system that feels calm, functional, and immersive while allowing light and material to interact subtly throughout the piece.
