A custom residential construction and interior fabrication project combining straw bale architecture, handcrafted finishes, and integrated furniture systems. Designed as a unified environment where structure, interior space, and custom fabrication function as a single continuous system.
Concept
Explores the integration of natural construction methods with custom interior systems and fabricated furniture elements. Focus is placed on material continuity, spatial warmth, and the relationship between structure and interior function.
Architectural Construction
Straw bale structural addition constructed on-site using natural building methods and hand-applied interior finishes. Developed in collaboration with architectural planning by Rob Perkins and Studio MW.
Interior + Furniture Integration
Custom fabricated interior elements designed to integrate directly with architectural form. Includes built-in seating, storage systems, and handcrafted furniture components developed specifically for the space.
